Our Inspirien Risk team is excited to share our 2022 Risk Prevention Strategy with our partners and members. This process is designed to provide you with education, resources, and best practices to help you mitigate, and hopefully, prevent risks in your organization. The Strategy encompasses an organization-wide risk plan to identify and proactively address issues and processes that promote patient and employee safety and thus decrease risks for all involved.
The areas of focus were selected as they tend to be at the heart of many medical malpractice claims. They are common to all facilities, regardless of size. Our series is designed to dig deep into each problem area and provide you with the tools and resources to help you avoid pitfalls in each.
We will focus on each target area for a two-month period and will explore compliance and regulatory, as well as risk prevention education and strategies. Specific dates/times will be provided every two months, but here is the outline for the year. We will provide multiple education opportunities and each webinar will offer Nursing Continuing Education credits.
