This has been a strange and challenging year for all. So, we thought you might be interested in hearing about the ways Inspirien is continuing to overcome, even during this most unusual time.

9. Savings – Challenged ourselves to look at expense management in a different way by sharing information and creating collaboration around solutions to save money while maintaining service.
8. Community – Donated to several charitable organizations this year, giving back over $5,000 in combined corporate and employee giving.
7. Virtual – Engaged our Business Continuity Plan and systems which allowed for the seamless transition to a remote work environment while experiencing zero interruptions in service.
6. Protection – Focused on expanding our coverage to new customers without losing sight of our dedicated commitment to our current valued customers. We have grown revenues by 50% and are now writing business in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi.
5. Guidance – Provided our customers with the tools and resources to help them navigate through this pandemic.
4. Advocacy – Partnered with the Alabama Hospital Association and other medical associations to champion protections for healthcare providers, facilities, and their staff during these unprecedented times.
3. Dividends – Paid dividends in 2020 which totaled $1.5M to HWCF members.
2. Grants – Awarded $50,000 in workers’ compensation grants through HWCF to help promote employee safety in Alabama Healthcare.
