DESCRIPTION:The Inspirien Risk Team is excited to share our 2025 Inspired Quality Risk Prevention Strategy. This process is designed to provide education, resources, and best practices to help mitigate and, hopefully, prevent risks in your organization.\nThe Six Risk Focus Areas were initially identified in our Inspired Quality (IQ) pilot and tend to be at the heart of many medical malpractice claims. They are common to all facilities, regardless of size. By understanding these key areas of opportunity, you can develop an organizational-wide risk plan to identify issues and create processes to address them.\nWe will focus on each Risk Focus Area for two months and explore compliance, regulatory, as well as risk prevention strategies for each.\n
